Procurement
The procurement questions, answered straight.
What if I add a 9th (or 90th) client?
Nothing changes on your bill. Unlimited clients is unlimited clients — we don't meter per-client, per-account, or per-seat. The $299/mo is the same whether you run 3 clients or 300.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — pre-pay 12 months and save ~10% on the annual rate. Reach out at founder@cloudagencyops.com to set up an annual contract; we can issue an invoice for procurement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. We don't pro-rate the current month (you keep access until the period ends), and we don't charge a cancellation fee. If you re-subscribe later, your historical cost data + runbooks come back online unchanged.
Is there a free trial?
14 days, no credit card required. You can connect a real client AWS account during the trial — that's the recommended evaluation path. Cost data starts populating within an hour of the first sync.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card via Polar (our Merchant of Record). Polar handles VAT / sales tax across global jurisdictions on our behalf. Annual invoice billing also available — email us for that path.
Do you have a referral program?
Not at launch. If you'd like to refer another agency owner you trust, we'll happily extend a 30-day trial to them. Once we're past the first 30 paying agencies we'll formalize a referral program with credit back to both sides.
How does this compare to running this myself?
Building per-client cost attribution + retainer burn tracking + white-label PDF generation + access governance + a runbook library yourself is ~3-6 weeks of engineering work for a 1-person agency. At $299/month you break even vs that build cost in your first month, assuming you value your engineering time at $100/hr+.
How does this compare to Vantage / CloudHealth?
Vantage and CloudHealth monitor your own infra cost — wrong schema. They're built for internal teams managing one company's AWS, not agencies managing other companies' AWS. The per-client retainer layer, white-label client reports, and multi-tenant access governance don't exist in those products because their customer doesn't ask for them.
